Prolink International designs and implements programmes for international organizations (such as European Commission, UN, World Bank and bilateral donors) and national agencies (Ministries, Municipalities and Public Development Agencies). Apart from the traditional tendering activities, our company is specialized in provision of trainings. In this view, we are currently designing and facilitating results-oriented trainings based on the participatory approach of the candidates to build and develop human capital and local expertise in Myanmar.

Our activities aim at strengthening good governance during the transition process, capacity building in both public and private sectors with the focus on Local Economic Development and Regional Integration, Sustainable Tourism, Human Resources Development (including VET) as well as building local capacity in better understanding of Design, Implementation and Monitoring and Evaluation processes, enabling more effective and results based management.

Trainings and projects are designed upon the needs assessment of the beneficiaries in line with the Framework for Economic and Social Reforms (FESR) and National Comprehensive Development Plan, enabling development of the local expertise and promoting participatory approach in sustainable development of the Country.
